Alabama WebWorx designs and builds a custom website for your business at no upfront cost. You'll see a complete, working preview before any payment is required.
Once you approve the preview and select a plan, your site goes live and your monthly subscription begins. Every plan includes hosting, domain management, SSL security, and content updates (the amount varies by plan — see Pricing for details).
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card information directly.
If a payment fails or is late, you'll be notified and given 10 days to resolve it before any service interruption.
You own all content you provide — your photos, business information, branding, and your domain name — at all times, no exceptions.
Alabama WebWorx retains ownership of the underlying code, design templates, and technical systems used to build your site. If you ever cancel, we'll cooperate in good faith to transfer your domain and provide your content for use elsewhere.
We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and online. That said, no website provider — including large companies — can guarantee 100% uptime, since hosting providers and internet infrastructure occasionally have outages outside anyone's control.
This is a standard limitation used across the web design industry, and it's detailed in full in the signed Services Agreement.
